- Replace Fuel Nozzle According to Manufacturer’s Specification
- Clean Nozzle Assembly and Replace Oil Pump Screen
- Replace Oil Filter & Gasket, Clean Oil Canister, And Bleed Oil Lines
- Inspect Oil Tank And Fill Lines For Signs of Leaks.
- Brush & Vacuum Heat Exchanger, Draft Vent, and Chimney Base
Adjust Draft Damper for Optimum Draft and Seal Chimney Base with Furnace Cement - Test Circulator Operation, Adjust Water Pressure, & Bleed Air if Air is Present
- Perform a Combustion Analysis and Adjust Oxygen, Carbon Monoxide, Carbon Dioxide, Flue Temp, and Draft For Most Efficient burn Possible.
- Print and Document Final Combustion Analysis and Efficiency Reading & Leave Copy on Site For Clients File
TERMS OF SERVICE
This Agreement states the terms and conditions that govern the contractual agreement between [Infinite Hvac Services] having its principal place of business In Quarryville, PA and (the “Client”) who agrees to be bound by this Agreement. WHEREAS, Infinite offers Annual HVAC services; and WHEREAS, the Client desires to retain the services of HVAC Tune Ups with regard to [Additional Promotion Benefits] according to the terms and conditions herein. NOW, THEREFORE, In consideration of the mutual covenants and promises made by the parties hereto, Infinite and the Client agree as follows:
- No modification of this Agreement shall be valid unless in writing and agreed upon by both Parties.
- This Agreement is auto renewing every 12 months unless cancelled.
- You can cancel Agreement at any time with a 30 day notice and your refund will be prorated to the amount of months left before renewal.
