We usually don’t give reviews, but we feel this team (Rob & TJ) deserves a huge recommendation for their high degree of service and professionalism. Our story starts with our need for a replacement central air conditioning system to replace our 20 year old unit, but not one of the 5 or 6 companies we called would respond to our calls or emails. We understand that summer is ‘not’ the time to call, but we were willing to wait until the fall or winter to get a system installed. We just wanted to get our name on the books. Finally, we called Infinite HVAC Services and they responded back immediately and followed up right away with a time to come and give us an estimate. We were very pleased with the estimate and hired them for the job. From the moment they arrived at our home, they were respectful of us and our many questions as well as taking care of the surroundings in our home. Service means a lot to us and I know we will feel comfortable working with Infinite HVAC Services if an issue with the system should arise. They are reliable, responsive, professional and honest which is a breath of fresh air in this service world today.

Rob and TJ really seem to know what they are doing. How units are supposed to be installed, meet code requirements, adhere to specs and what it takes to maintain equipment for peak operating efficiency and make the equipment last for a long time. They replaced an old split unit that was installed improperly by someone else. It only ran for about two weeks and they refused to return and find out why it wasn’t working. My son procrastinated for years to get someone else to look at it. The unit turned 16 years old this year, and my wife and I are currently living in the house which had sat empty for a couple years. The unit was too old to get parts for so we replaced the inside and outside unit. Nice thing is, this unit will also help heat the house in the winter. Hopefully for a lot less cost than the oil fired baseboard hot water system.
