Oil Fired Equipment Tune Up
This service includes standard oil, air filters, nozzles, pump screens, thorough brush / vacuum of heat exchanger, vacuum vent line and chimney base, inspection of combustion chamber, inspection of hydronic system and ductwork. We also optimize combustion and draft using digital analysis. Finally we test of all of the zones and will fill out a service sticker to leave on the unit for easy history reference.

Water Heater Tune Up
This service includes flushing 5-10 gallons from tank to remove any sediment, inspection of electrical connections, plumbing lines and venting. We also verify / document all elements: Amp draw for electric water heater, or proper burn, draft, and gas pressure for gas fired units. (Oil Fired water heaters include same process as Oil Fired HVAC tune up)
Ductwork Services
Our Ductwork Services include services such as: Inspection and sealing of existing ductwork, replacement of old / dirty or outdated ductwork with new properly insulated and designed ductwork, installation of dampers, and providing minor improvements like installation of flares and/or turning vanes to improve airflow and reduce likeliness of mildew.
Ducted or Ductless Minisplit Services
We provide complete design and installation of mini split systems of all make/models for home additions. Most situations will be foot from wall hung units, but we also offer ducted or recessed cassette options as needed. Beyond that we have access to technical data/support if needed for any diagnostics or repairs.
